We invite you to join this special Full Moon Kundalini Awakening session. A full moon is a time of peak illumination, symbolizing completeness and clarity. During the session, we will set our intentions to align with the energy of this full moon, creating a sense of harmony and balance as we connect with the flow of nature.

During the session, you may lie down on a comfortable yoga mat with the guidance of a playlist that is intuitively and uniquely created for each session. The playlist will be around one hour long and, as your body will naturally respond to the frequencies of the music, we will facilitate the remembrance of your Kundalini energy. Your life force energy, which holds the power of love and creation. As facilitators, we function as a catalyst and will hold space for you to allow your energetic body to awaken and flow. After the session, there is some time to connect and share experiences if it feels good to do so. We will provide some tea and snacks. Please allow two hours for the full experience.

Important:

No alcohol, drugs or caffeine 1 day before and on the day of the session.
No heavy meals +/- 2 hours before the session, best to enter the session with an empty or slightly empty stomach.
Comfy clothing is recommended.
You may bring your own sleeping mask if you prefer (these are provided).
You may bring your own yoga mat if you prefer (these are provided).
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time (not earlier or later)
