Kundalini Awakening is a powerful process that activates your Kundalini energy - your life force, the healing power within you. This energy is not only the source of your inner power but also a bridge to the divine source of wisdom and inspiration, opening the path to your spiritual awakening. 🌿

But most people who join me on Monday nights aren’t coming for spiritual awakening. Not at first.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

7:15pm – Arrival and settling in

7:30pm – Opening meditation and sharing circle

7:45pm – Kundalini Awakening healing session

8:45pm – Grounding meditation and closing circle

9:00pm – Tea, snacks and time for community and connection (optional)

You’ll be welcomed into a warm, safe, and nurturing space. The session begins with intention-setting, preparing you for the main experience — a lying-down meditation accompanied by a sound healing journey designed to activate emotional, mental, and energetic release.

In this deep meditative state, you may experience a dance of emotions, sensations, spontaneous body movements, visuals, and insights that help release blockages in your body and energy field.

Each session is unique — no two experiences are ever the same, and each one provides exactly what your body and mind need in that moment.

After the session you are invited to stay for tea, snacks and conversation to connect with others in the group if you choose.

No experience is needed. This practice meets you where you are.

WHAT TO BRING:

Everything you need will be provided - mats, blankets, cushions, and eye masks but feel free to bring anything with you that makes you feel cozy. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Light eating and good hydration beforehand supports the experience.

ABOUT GABRIELA:

I'm Gabriela Machova — Kundalini Energy and Angelic Reiki Master Healer, and a Family Constellations Facilitator.

This work became part of my life after a long healing journey of my own. I’ve now supported hundreds of people through these practices, and I’m deeply devoted to holding safe, welcoming space for people to reconnect with themselves and gently release what no longer needs to be carried.

My spiritual journey deepened in 2015, after burnout from my corporate job and a life-threatening experience led me to explore a wide range of healing modalities. When I first experienced Kundalini energy, I felt a deep sense of peace that changed everything. It became a turning point that initiated transformation in every area of my life. The shifts were so powerful, I knew I had found something extraordinary. Inspired by this experience, I dived deep into this practise and trained extensively.

For over 3 years, I've been holding space for others on their healing journeys, creating a safe space where people can find healing and reconnect with their own inner guidance and wisdom.
