Commit to a morning practice to set the stage for the best day possible. Stephanie Welch has teamed up with Abby Spotskey to provide the foundation of a morning Sadhana.

Weeks 2 & 3 of April's daily sadhana (April 8-12 and 15-19) will be a Kundalini Krya led by Stephanie Welch to energize, ground, and center you as you start your day.

Gathering via the online format allows us to come together as a community yet no need to even change out of your pajamas! Set up your home yoga studio with a mat, blanket, and a couple of blocks. Always modify or use props as your body needs! I recommend a meditation cushion, blanket, or appropriate bolster to prop your hips while seated so that they are at least as high if not slightly higher than your knees. This will allow you to access a straight spine without over-efforting.

Abby will host weeks 1 & 4 and has a separate registration.
