    Event description

This is a spectacular evening of connection, awakening, relaxation, and joy. Opening with Kundalini Yoga followed by a healing Chakra Meditation and Sound Journey then ending with a Kirtan singing circle.

You'll arrive, settle in with a crowd of beautiful humans, and get comfy, before starting the night with some movement to quieten the mind and connect with the heart. This will bring you home to yourself lead by Natalie Noble (from Bhaktiful)
Vanessa Searle will lead you into deep relaxation with a healing chakra meditation and sound journey - you'll be able to lie down, completely let go, and sink into beautiful healing music.
Then we will end with a joyful round of Kirtan - call and response traditional mantras and contemporary medicine songs. Singing together is one of the most beautiful things humans can do together.

Here's more info about the performers and facilitators:

Natalie creates a yoga experience that is powerful, uplifting, and meditative. Her classes open the heart and reach a place of bliss and elevation. Natalie trained as a kundalini yoga teacher with “Yoga is Unity” in Guatemala in 2015 and Pranayama breathwork at las Pyramides del ka. Natalie has travelled through Central and South America teaching yoga and breathwork at festivals and permaculture villages. She is a mother, musician, and holistic veterinarian entrepreneur, who is passionate about the body's ability to heal.

Vanessa, also known as Vee is a mother of four boys, two cockatiels, and two beautiful fur babies. She understands the complexities of life's challenges and the need for balance and restoration. An experienced therapist and facilitator, her mission is to understand the unique needs of her clients and students and to support and guide them to regain their happiness, peace of mind, joy, and purpose in life, ultimately supporting their overall well-being. Vee leads Meditation and Sound Bath journeys using an eclectic fusion of Tibetan therapy bowls, Crystal bowls, chimes, drums, harmonium, guitar and more to cleanse stagnant energy and foster a state of calmness so you can reconnect with yourself, leaving grounded, revitalized, and at peace.

Natalie and Vanessa are also kirtan facilitators, playing music under the band name Bhaktiful, and regularly perform kirtan around the Australian East Coast. They will lead you in beautiful devotional music, allowing you to open your hearts and voices via the power of song.
