Tantra follows the path of the Chakras. Kundalini is the life-force energy which passes through these chakras. This energy is inherent in all living things. By opening ourselves to this energy, we attune to the vitality of all life forms, experiencing a profound interconnectedness, what we refer to as 'oneness'. 

This oneness is experienced in our Ecstatic Body as bliss.It is through these Tantric practices where the genius of the body opens and expands to profound awakening, spontaneous healing, sensual delights and full-body orgasm.

Yogini Helena has 30 years experience in Tantra & Kundalini. Through her embodied practices and lived experience as a Tantric Master, Yogini Helena has developed her sessions to hold great depth, allowing deep transformation & awakening to take place. Her safe container ensures you feel safe and held in every moment. Helena facilitates Shaktipata at this retreat. Shaktipata is a process where Helena ignites your Kundalini by joining her energy with yours during meditation.
