Kundalini Trance Drumming
Event description
A perfect blend of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with the rhythmic pulse of Shamanic Trance Drumming takes you deep into the primal heartbeat. Born from a marriage of Kundalini Yoga and drumming, Kundalini Trance Drumming creates a space where the finite is dissolved and you are free to experience the pure consciousness of your Divine Self.
The workshop starts with a short drum lesson to find your rhythm. This is a simple repetitive drum beat that you will play in the shamanic drumming. We then dive deep into the practice of Kundalini Yoga with a kriya and short relaxation before a meditation that will lead you into the Shamanic Trance.
The space is completed with a deep relaxation and gong meditation.
You can choose to be a part of the rhythm or to soak up the pulse from a relaxed position. The experience is equally beneficial whether you drum or relax. Please bring your drum if you have one or you can use one of mine (limited number available). BYO yoga mat and blanket if you have them or use one from the venue, and water to drink.
