a kundalini class for an energetic tune up w/ steph

spring ~ a time of growth & renewal

our energy stirs, waking from the deep rest of winter

she’s calling us towards the sun

this class is an invitation to those who are receiving the call to the energy of spring, the call for an energetic tune up ~

to dust the webs, take stock of what was learnt in the last cycle, plan for what seeds are wanting to grow

we will explore the energy of spring through kundalini yoga

~ the yoga of awareness ~ cultivating mastery to direct our creative energy

in kundalini yoga, we use breath (pranayam), postures (asana), hand positions (mudra) and sound (mantra) to stimulate our energy

we will practice together in circle

we do this knowing our life ~ our energy ~ impacts others

and is amplified when done collectively

this class will run on sunday 31st august, 28th September, 26th October 130-3pm

come to 1, 2 or all 3 classes ~ repetition is powerful

$45 for non members,

included in the soultribe membership,

and a gift for BIPOC people (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour)

10% of the proceeds will be donated to Gaza Mutual Aid Solidarity
