Ramona has been practicing kundalini since 2007. Breathwork, meditation, and sound medicine were lifesavers during the most tumultuous times in her life. Today, this Kundalini experience is still at the centre of her daily practice. The deeper she dives into these practices, the more alive and inspired she feels.You have everything within you to feel the energetic shift that will reunite you with your authentic self, ignite the fire of limitless possibilities, and, ultimately, set you free. I want that for you.
