Under the light of the Full Harvest Moon in Aries, we gather for an evening of Kundalini Yoga, pranayama, meditation, deep relaxation, and immersive sound healing—a journey designed to release accumulated tension, restore inner balance, and create space for conscious renewal.

Arriving just after the Autumn Equinox, the Harvest Moon marks a natural threshold between seasons. It is a time to pause and recognize what has ripened, gather the wisdom of our experiences, and release what we no longer need to carry forward.

With the Moon in Aries opposite the Sun in Libra, this Full Moon illuminates the dynamic between self and relationship, action and receptivity, independence and connection. Aries brings fire, movement, courage, and the instinct to move forward.

At the heart of this gathering is the Kriya for Metabolism and Relaxation, a Kundalini Yoga practice traditionally designed to release tension associated with nervousness and cultivate profound physical and mental relaxation. Through a carefully sequenced combination of movement, glandular stimulation, and pranayama, the kriya works with the upper triangle of the chakras and traditionally focuses on balancing the thyroid and parathyroid glands. Rather than adding more intensity to the fiery energy associated with Aries, our practice will invite that fire to become grounded, regulated, and purposeful.

This Full Moon invites us to move from:

Tension → Relaxation

Reaction → Awareness

Urgency → Discernment

Activation → Conscious Action

As the physical body softens and the mind becomes quieter, we create space to listen more deeply to our own inner knowing.

Sound Healing & Integration

We will complete our journey with an extended immersive sound healing, allowing the nervous system to settle even more deeply as the experiences of the kriya and Full Moon practice integrate.

The soundscape will weave together the Grotta Sonora Dream Catcher Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Native American Flute, Elk Hide Shamanic Drum, and Didgeridoo. Resting in stillness and vibration, you are invited to surrender effort and simply receive.

Come as you are and leave feeling a little lighter, more grounded, and more connected to the courage and clarity within.

No previous Kundalini Yoga, meditation, or sound healing experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.

Please bring your favorite crystals along with a pen, a piece of white paper, and or a journal to our session.
