The Foundation Series consists of 5 classes covering essential foundational elements of a Kundalini Yoga practice, so you can feel at ease and confident in the practice.
Kundalini Yoga is an effective modality for Nervous System strengthening, unwinding the Subconscious Mind & moving & transforming your Energetic systems so you can live a more resourced Life,
with *literally* more JOY.
Through regular practice, you can gain a greater sense of self-awareness, mental clarity and focus, as well as increased energy and vitality.
Each kriya balances the glands, nervous system, ttatvas (elements), emotions & mind are and connects you to the neutrality of authentic living.

Wed 29 Mar Class #4 Sound as Teacher / Mantra
Wed 5 April Class #5 Conscious Mind / Dharma
WHAT TO BRING : Matt / sheepskip, Blanket to sit on and elevate the hips (natural fibre if possible), water bottle & anything else that will create a comfortable practice ie bolster.
EXCHANGE : $80 for the 5 classes or $20 Casual
