Sound Bath stimulates nervous and glandular system secretion, balances and clears the mind, help release tension in the body and moves stuck energy. Sounds and vibrations of the gongs, singing bowls, drums and others instruments relax, calm and renew. Weaves of Sound takes related self into the space of powerful healing, massaging gently physical body, and cleansing all energetic bodies. Achieving a state of deep relaxation gives a possibility of coming back into the place of remembering inner Essence. Which is deep peace, connection and harmony. Within OneSelf and with ALL.

Gita is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Light and Sound Healer.

Her life purpose is to share unique technologies and methods of healing, self-awareness and conscious lifestyle with people.

Gita’s been spiritually focused since childhood. Always fascinated by the unseen and Spirit, wondering and searching for the answers about the magic and gift of Life. She completed many trainings from Kundalini Yoga and Meditation (The KRI Level One Aquarian Teacher Training Program is a 220-hour professional certification program in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan ®; The KRI Level Two Certified Practitioner of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® fulfills the Yoga Alliance 500-hour requirement), Multi-style Yoga 200 Hrs YTT (India, Rishikesh), Sound Healing, Light Healing, Sound Massage, bioenergy therapies and Reiki, Sat Nam Rasayan (Healing in the Deep Meditation State) and more. She studied at the College of Psychotronics (in Poland) where she learned many alternative and holistic ways of perceiving and healing human beings.
