Join Nicole for Kundalini Yoga at the beautiful Hot Yoga Oxenford studio to support your physical, mental and spiritual health & wellbeing.
Kundalini Yoga is a mostly floor based practice, which encourages you to find deeper physical and mental strength through strengthening the physical form, nervous and glandular systems, moving through blocks of the nadis/ energetic system, as well as mental balance through meditation. It is a powerful yet adaptive practice which is suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners. This 75 minute class will include pranayama (breathwork), kriya (physical postures), mantra and meditation, as well as Gong savasana/ relaxation.
