Event description

Mortgage Choice Kimberley will be presenting an information night for "First Home Buyers", we will cover topics such as:

1. What incentive schemes are available for first home buyers? (there are several!)

2. What is required to apply for a loan? How much money do I actually need?

3. What is the process in buying a home? and what is the Broome property market doing?

4. What is settlement? and why do I need a settlement agency / conveyancer or lawyer?

5. Why get help from a Mortgage Choice broker? What do they do form me?

6. Q&A session from the panel.....ask whatever question you would like!

Gary & Brad, two brokers based in the Kununurra will present, along with the WA Manager for Mortgage Choice, Nicole. 

The aim is to give you confidence in knowing what is available for first homebuyers, how we can help you to set yourself up for life with a property of your own.
