DanceFit Jam: Dance to the Rhythms of the World 💃🌍

Get ready for two hours of movement, music, and seriously good energy!

DanceFit Jam is a high-energy dance fitness event featuring multiple instructors leading fun, easy-to-follow routines inspired by dance styles from around the world. Expect a vibrant mix of Latin, belly dance, Persian, Bollywood, K-pop, jazz, soca, pop, and more. No dance experience is required. Just come ready to move, sweat and have fun.

There will also be time to mingle, chat, meet new people, and connect with others in the Kitchener-Waterloo community. Come with friends or come on your own, you’ll be welcomed either way.
