Are the sessions free? 

Yes, all sessions are free of charge.  

How many sessions can I book? 

You can book as many sessions as you’d like to attend, subject to availability.  

Can I attend without pre-booking a session?  

You must have a valid general admission event ticket to enter the venue; however, these can also be booked at the door. If you’d like to enjoy a free makeup, hair styling, or skin session, we strongly recommend reserving in advance to secure your spot and avoid missing out.

What if I’m running late to my session? 

There is a 5-minute grace period; if you are late, we cannot guarantee your appointment.  

Can I get a free café au lait or hot chocolate without a ticket?  

You must show your Humanitix ticket to receive one of 750 free coffees or hot chocolates per day until sold out. We recommend coming earlier so you don’t miss out.
