Hay momentos en los que no necesitamos pensar más…

necesitamos SACUDIRLO TODO.

Sacudir el cuerpo.
Sacudir la energía.
Salir de la cabeza, volver al cuerpo y hacer un pequeño RESET.

Esta vez LA PLAsA se convierte en una MORNING PARTY donde vamos a movernos, sudar, perrear y conectar.

Empezaremos con una clase de PERREO HIIT, inspirada en el HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), donde combinaremos intervalos cortos de movimiento intenso con momentos de recuperación, pero a nuestra manera: con reggaetón, perreo y energía de fiesta.

Y obviamente, para esta clase necesitábamos una profeee que supiera PERREEARRR Y ENTRENAR, así que @valenlopezfit será la encargada de hacernos mover, sudar y sacudir toda esa energía.

Y después de la claseee… la party sigueee, mi reina!!

Nos quedaremos aproximadamente una hora y media más compartiendo, escuchando música, picando y tomando algo, y haciendo una actividad para conocernos y conectar con otras personas de la comunidad.

There are moments when we don’t need to think anymore…

we need to SHAKE IT ALL OFF.

Shake the body.
Shake the energy.

Get out of our heads, come back into our bodies, and hit a little RESET.

This time, LA PLAsA is turning into a MORNING PARTY where we’re going to move, sweat, perrear and connect.

We’ll start with a PERREO HIIT class, inspired by HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), combining short intervals of high-intensity movement with moments of recovery, but our way: with reggaetón, perreo and party energy.

And obviously, for this class we needed a coach who knows how to PERREEEARRR AND TRAIN, so @valenlopezfit will be in charge of making us move, sweat and shake off all that energy.

And after the classss… the party keeps going, mi reina!!

We’ll stay for approximately another hour and a half, hanging out, listening to music, having some snacks and drinks, and doing an activity to get to know each other and connect with other people in the community.
