MEDICAL CONDITIONS:

Please note we require documentation to be submitted for any participants with allergies, anaphylaxis, or those who require any medication to be administered during the program (e.g. Ritalin, Ventolin). Please refer to our website for instructions.

BEHAVIOURAL SUPPORT:
To ensure every child has a safe, enjoyable, and successful experience at our Program, it is important that we are aware of any behavioural, developmental, or neurodiverse needs prior to attendance.

Parents/guardians are required to:

Inform staff of any relevant conditions and disclose in checkout questions (e.g. ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, behavioural concerns).
Provide a current behavioural support or management plan linked here: behaviour management plan

This information helps our staff prepare appropriate strategies to support your child and create a positive environment for all participants.

Please note: If a behavioural support plan or relevant information is not provided, your child may be unable to attend the program on that day. Also, your child may be removed from the holiday camp and requested for early pickup in the event of serious behaviour or misconduct.

REFUNDS, CREDITS & CANCELLATIONS: 🤒

To protect our staff and other participants, please do not bring your child to the program if they are unwell or showing cold/flu symptoms.

Refunds or credits will not be issued for change of mind requests.
If your child is unable to attend due to illness, a credit will be issued for a future program of equal or lesser value upon receipt of a medical certificate.
If La Trobe Sport cancels the event due to extenuating circumstances, a full refund will be provided (excluding the Humanitix booking fee).
