This gathering will be held at a private residence in Vancouver, WA.

There is ample free street parking available. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can begin promptly and be settled into the space together.

Across from the house is a neighborhood park, which is a great place to park along side.

This lab is limited to 6 people to ensure depth, comprehension, and reflection. Our time will include guided mediation, your inquiries, and practice.

You may wish to bring:

• A journal (optional)

• A water bottle

There are no prerequisites, though you're highly encouraged to be open and prepared to engage in inquiry, and reflection.

Simply come as you are. Various hot teas will be available

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible, as space is limited and likely will have a waitlist.
