It’s not a concert. Not a church service. Not therapy.
But it hits where all three meet: soul-deep, messy, and real.

RECLAMATION SH!T is a live experience where music becomes medicine, embodiment becomes resistance, and your whole self is welcome. Through original songs, movement, storytelling, and collective breath, we move through the mess and make something holy.

This is about reclaiming the pieces of ourselves that were exiled—by trauma, by culture, by doctrine, by shame—and bringing them back into the circle. It’s about laughing and crying and maybe screaming a little. It’s about remembering that healing isn’t a performance, it’s a practice. And you don’t have to do it alone.
Led by artist and instigator Allysonia, with guest performers, dancers, a signing choir, and immersive rituals woven throughout, this show invites you to not just witness, but participate.
Accessible. Soulful. Subversive. With vibes that land somewhere between a kick-ass house show and an ecstatic prayer dance.
