A labyrinth is a pattern that is built into the ground or rolled out on a flat surface. Walking a labyrinth can quiet the mind, open the heart, and ground the body. It is not like a maze with dead-ends and exists, it is a journey.

To celebrate the Inner West Council's Seniors Week, join Heather Middleton from the Australian Labyrinth Network for an interactive workshop, followed by morning tea at the Little BIG House. Heather will take participants through the history of labyrinths and how they can be used as a meditation tool. Each participant will then have the chance to walk through the labyrinth and experience it themselves.
