Transforming maiden to mother, ooophf!

It's big, wild, and overwhelming.

As are the expectations from ourselves.

The sense of needing to protect our peace simmers beneath the surface.

Often, the priority becomes getting to know what birth may look like, focusing on navigating the powerful uterine contractions, our physiology working at bringing forward this little soul we've have been protecting within our womb space.

From the minute we are "social media official", our pregnancy becomes a beacon for the algorithm, and information overload ensues, as does the expectation to have all of the things, be all the things.

In the overwhelm and eagerness to meet this brand-new human, introducing ourselves to the language of feeding our newborn can often move to the bottom of the to-do list.

This is an invitation to gather in circle as a journey of self-discovery in the heartspace of transformation and motherhood.

This is not a birth skills series but a 3-part series and discovery of the language of breast|chest feeding.

Series will be offered on a sliding scale for sustainability & accessibility
