Ladies and Gentlemen

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls…

We have once again gathered to celebrate some esteemed individuals, opulent outfits, charismatic hosts, and bathe in the golden glow of our stardom.

…lords and ladies, lads and ladesses, husbands and their wives…

What makes a lady? What makes a gentleman? What makes me think there’s more to those questions?

…to those with body hair, and those without…

We are here to deliver to you a loud, brash, and at times, overly apologetic performance, which intertwines physical theatre, postdramatic performance, clowning and stand-up, in an unholy marriage of distasteful bigotry.

…welcome to those with a pretty face, and those with a…face…

While other hosts allow you to settle into your seats, there is no fourth wall with us. You are our audience, and we are your jesters; there’s no hiding from the truth.

…to those who are ashamed, and those who want to be shamed…

Anyway, enough with our brilliant blurb! Strap yourselves in, sit down next to someone you fear watches you sleep, and start your engines.

…Vroom Vroom.
