Yoga
Yoga is here and now, at this moment, in this breath, this heartbeat, and it slows us down into a safe and sacred space where we can rest and restore.
Kat, your funny and relatable yoga teacher, takes all of her yogis on a journey of gentle flowing movement that's inclusive and accessible, then softens you into a deep state of restful bliss, where you might want to stay forever.

Painting
Being creative is fun, and every human is innately creative even when we feel as though we're not. The truth is we're busy people, and we rarely have time to nurture creativity so it can blossom and express itself.
Nic, your fantastic art teacher, has a magic way of guiding you step-by-step from a blank canvas to a completed piece of artwork that you'd be proud to hang on your wall.

Sound Healing
Meditation and sound healing slow our brain waves, heartbeat, and breath and can be more refreshing than eight hours of sleep.
Towards the end of the day, before you go back to the external world, Kat will wrap you up in a cocoon and take you on a peaceful meditative sound journey with crystal bowls, gongs, medicine drums, and more. This is often noted as the favourite part of the day.

Food & Drink
Free-flowing Sandalford Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir, coffee, tea, and water are available to enjoy all day.
On offer for lunch are gourmet platters with a mix of hot and cold finger foods prepared by the in-house chef. Please advise of any dietary requirements when booking your ticket.
