Yoga
Yoga is here and now, at this moment, in this breath, this heartbeat, and it slows us down into a safe and sacred space where we can rest and restore.
Allow your funny and relatable yoga teacher to take you, yogi, on a journey of gentle flowing movement that's inclusive and accessible, then soften you into a deep state of restful bliss where you might want to stay forever.

Painting
Being creative is fun, and every human is innately creative even when we feel as though we're not. The truth is we're busy people, and we rarely have time to nurture creativity so it can blossom and express itself.
Allow your fantastic art teacher from Cabernet & Canvas to magically guide you step-by-step from a blank canvas to a completed piece of artwork that you'd be proud to hang on your wall. 
This November, we are painting Sakura Bloom!

Sound Healing
Meditation and sound healing slow our brain waves, heartbeat, and breath and can be more refreshing than eight hours of sleep.
Towards the end of the day, before you go back to the external world, we will wrap you up in a cocoon and take you on a peaceful meditative sound journey with crystal bowls, gongs, medicine drums, and more.
This is often noted as the favourite part of the day.

Food & Drink 
Free-flowing prosecco, coffee, tea, and water are available to enjoy all day.
On offer for lunch is some of the best, innovative, flavour packed vegan and gluten free food you will experience in Perth. You won't even realise it is so healthy its that delicious.

The Venue
Nestled in the picturesque Swan Valley of Western Australia, this magical space is exclusively yours to enjoy for the entire day.
