Anna is a published author and High-Performance Coach  (Fresh Coaching) whose career in health spans over 2-decades. Anna brings a wealth of experience helping individuals and organisations optimise their physical and mental wellbeing. After six years in corporate, she founded Fresh Coaching in 2003 and spent over a decade focused on  health—before recognising that stress and burnout were the real barriers to performance. She’s worked with clients from top law firms and tech companies to young athletes, elite athletes, marines, and premiership rugby players—helping them manage pressure and lead with clarity. She will be sharing with us how to manage stress better in a world that has become driven by time pressures and demands. 

Yes, there will still be lots of fun with a few games, lucky draws and of course mingling and networking.
