Ladies Like To Lunch is a passionate not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting women affected by cancer in South Western Sydney. Driven by compassion, purpose, and a commitment to community, we’re here to uplift, empower, and walk beside cancer patients, survivors, and their caregivers every step of the way.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to create a safe and connected community where women can heal, feel seen, and be supported — not just medically, but emotionally and socially. Through our signature events, care initiatives, and wellness programs, we aim to bring comfort, courage, and connection to those who need it most.

Our Commitment

At the heart of Ladies Like To Lunch is a tireless team of volunteers — compassionate individuals from all walks of life who bring their skills, time, and love to everything we do. Their dedication has helped us make a lasting impact at the Liverpool Cancer Therapy Centre – Wellness Centre, where we proudly deliver a growing range of Wellness Programs, including:

Oncology Exercise Programs (delivered over 12 weeks)
Mindset & Resilience Workshops (like WarriorHER – The Mindset Movement)
Care Package Delivery (comfort kits for patients in treatment)
Liverpool Wellness Centre (Wellness Programs)
Breast Cancer Support Group (monthly check ins and catch-ups)

These programs are designed to nurture the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — supporting women throughout treatment and well into survivorship.
