Join us for a ladies night out, for good food, FABULOUS cocktails and to raise money for Womens's Mental Health.
The Liptember Foundation is a registered charity working alongside a community of experts, advocates and allies to raise and distribute funds towards the most critical women's mental health outcomes.
While good mental health is essential to the overall health of both men and women, women experience some mental health conditions at higher rates than men. In fact, around 1 in 6 women in Australia will experience depression and 1 in 3 women will experience anxiety during their lifetime.
