You’ll be guided by Master’s qualified Counsellor Jemma on this tranquil and rejuvenating journey, giving yourself time out before the end of the year rush.

We will be meeting outdoors and share some circle time, setting our intention before we meet our horses and horse tour guide.

Your horse tour guide will match you with a suitable horse and we will travel at a steady pace taking in the sights, sounds and smell of nature, feeling the rhythm of the horse. We may even have a splash through the creek!

After our beautiful horse ride we will complete the morning with a 45 minute mindfulness & relaxation session focusing on resetting our nervous systems.

What to bring and further details will be emailed.

All levels of horse experience welcome.

Come and enjoy, treat yourself!
