Following our flowing practice, we’ll transition into Yoga Nidra—often called "yogic sleep"—a deeply relaxing state of conscious rest. Lying comfortably in a supported position, you'll be guided through relaxation techniques, body scans, and visualisations that lead you into profound relaxation and tranquility.

In this session, you’ll have the opportunity to set an intention, encouraging mindfulness, focus, and self-awareness. This practice releases tension, quiets the mind, and fosters a lasting sense of peace and clarity.
