Ladles of Love for Veterans Day - Making Soups for Donation within our Community
Description
HONOR SERVICE. NOURISH NEIGHBORS. LADLE LOVE.
This Veterans Day, join us as we honor those who have served by serving others. Together, we’ll transform Montana-grown ingredients into wholesome soups for neighbors in our community experiencing food insecurity.
Gather in CCMT’s commercial kitchen, team up with two or three fellow cooks, and get ready to chop, stir, laugh, and share! Whether you’re picking up a soup ladle for the first time, you’re an experienced home cook, or you’re a professional chef, you’ll find something to share, something to learn, and a meaningful way to give back.
Together, we’ll create delicious, nourishing soups using fresh vegetables from local farmers. As the soups simmer, we’ll gather around the table, share a meal, and reflect on the many ways service, kindness, and connection strengthen our community.
Bring a recipe you love, try one of ours, or get creative and make something entirely new!
Family-friendly! One child may participate with each registered adult.
FREE TO PARTICIPATE / DONATIONS WELCOME!
Come cook with us and turn appreciation into action by sharing healthy, Montana-made meals with neighbors who could use a little extra nourishment and care.
