These fierce and unforgettable women—Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, who paved the way with their powerful voices and music.
Featuring Ben Gilgen on piano and special guests Whetu Silver, Leon Wharekura with a few duets, Paul Norman on trumpet, and Simon Brew on saxophone. Join us for an unforgettable walk down memory lane as we celebrate some of the most timeless songs.
