Throuple of dreams.

Celebrate a perfect pairing of gastronomic talent, with an evening of food and wine by Lagoon head chef, Ben Jacob, Mal Chow of Chow’s Table and the team behind Trait Wines. Enjoy a drink on arrival from Trait Wines and at least 10 courses of roaming canapés, showcasing a fusion of seafood and Asian cuisine. Flavours embrace the fresh, local produce of the region, while paying homage to the cultures and roots of these much-loved chefs.
