Life has been a bit stressful, don't ya think? Everyone is heading back to the office, work is picking up, people are off overseas, winter is here, and oh...we have just had two years of a pandemic.

So REMiND has teamed up with Shakti Mats NZ to bring you a relaxation experience in Auckland. It is an evening event with a guided meditation and sound immersion facilitated by Ursula Griffen, Charlotte Ritchie and Sophie Walton.

As well as a nourishing night with great people, we have a couple Shakti mats and REMiND meditation cushions to give away on the night to those attending (fun, free stuff).

Drinks are gratefully provided by Ārepa and Almighty and we will have some nibbles too.
