LALA: Lunch Around Learn Around
Description
Behind every successful enterprise is an operational story you rarely get to see from the outside. LALA (Lunch Around Learn Around) brings our community behind the scenes of three distinct Queensland operations for a single-day, deep-dive experience.
We begin at the Rocklea Markets with Suncoast Fresh to look at large-scale distribution across South East Queensland. Director Graeme Twine will share how he maintains traditional service values while embracing modern supply chain innovation and culture.
Next, over a shared Long Set Chinese lunch at The Fifty Six inside Naldham House, DAP & Co. co-owner Andrew Baturo will outline the operational decisions behind restoring a major Brisbane heritage precinct.
We conclude at the historic XXXX Brewery to examine heritage manufacturing and long-term brand equity, tracing a business story that began with the Fitzgerald brothers in 1878.
