Lammas Seasonal Women's Gathering
Event description
We gather to reconnect with the wisdom of the cycles and celebrate the seasonal festival Lammas, or Lughnasadh as the Celts called it.
Our ancestors all knew that the cycles of life hold immense power, guiding us through the seasons of growth, harvest, rest, and renewal. At Lammas, the first of three harvest festivals, we stand in the flow of this ancient rhythm—a moment to honour what has ripened and reflect on the seeds we’ve sown. The fruits of the Summer are ready, and it’s a time to celebrate the bounty of life.
This gathering offers you a sanctuary to deepen your connection to the cycles of nature, yourself, and the spirit of sacred sisterhood. Through ritual, storytelling, shared reflection, drum and song, this gathering invites you to remember the sacred within yourself and the world around you. Gathering in the ways of our ancestors to honour and celebrate the natural world and cycles of which we are all so intrinsically part of.
