Landcarers are a passionate lot and importantly love to have their voices heard on issues affecting the environment. Writing an environmental submission on that burning issue, is sometimes a daunting task.

If you or your group are keen to feel empowered and to maximise the impact of your environmental submissions join us for our first ‘Landcare Build Skills’ session for 2024.

Our presenters, Dr Lincoln Hood and Phil Harbour will provide valuable guidance on how to construct compelling and impactful submissions.

The session will include:

how to use language and pathways to ensure your voice is heard in a way that is engaging, noticeable, and meaningful;
tips on information gathering and the power of data to support your submissions; and
case studies on impactful submission; and
other hints and tips to help construct powerful, credible writing.

This event is FREE for WA Landcare Network Members. General Admission cost is $40.
If you are not currently a WA Landcare Member we encourage you to join now to take advantage of the member discount.
