Landcare Week Farm Walk: Bees, Bush & Biodiversity

Join us for a unique guided walk through a remarkable rural property showcasing a large-scale bush regeneration and carbon planting project. Discover how native vegetation is being restored, learn about the environmental benefits of carbon planting, and see firsthand how thoughtful land stewardship can support biodiversity and ecosystem health.

Hosted by Cameron Wild, an award-winning beekeeper and gardener, this event offers fascinating insights into sustainable gardening, pollinator conservation, and the vital role bees play in our environment. Over seventy species of birds have been identified on the property and twelve species of micro bats. You'll have the opportunity to hear stories from the field, ask questions, and gain practical tips for your own garden.

Families are warmly welcomed, with a range of hands-on activities designed especially for children, including:
