Bellarine Landcare Winter Planting Days

Rug up and join us for our Winter Planting Days. We're work with two landholders to plant 1000 local native seedlings, providing native habitat for wildlife, as part of our Landholder Stewardship project.

Planting Day 1 - Sunday 22 June, Scotchmans Rd, Drysdale

Planting Day 2 - Sunday 13 July, Mollers Lane, Leopold

We will skill you up in how to plant, and provide a bbq lunch.

Bring your own gardening gloves (we'll have some extras too, but great if you have your own), and wear clothes for the conditions, including warm gear, raincoats and covered boots or gum boots. Bring your own water bottles and any extra snacks.

We will provide tea and coffee and a bbq lunch (let us know your dietary requirements). There's shelter in case of rain. If the weather forecast is for very wet weather, we'll be in touch the day before to postpone.

Everyone is welcome. Let's stay warm by getting outdoors and caring for the local environment this Winter.

All the plants are locally indigenous and grown at the Bellarine Landcare Nursery in Drysdale.
