Let Landhaus Wines and Angler Stirling school you on the study of wine, Oenology, and the study of fish, Ichthyology, at this special 4-course dinner.  Discover red wines that will be cleverly paired with seafood.  

Strictly limited to 24 guests per evening, this is an exclusive event where you will enjoy the very best seafood with exceptional wines.

Chef Jeremy will explain why winter is the best time to eat seafood and educate you on sustainable fish.
