Thank you for ordering your ticket for my workshop! I'm really looking forward to drawing with you. There are a few things that you need to do in order to be prepared for class. Please follow the instructions, below.

Get Your Reference Photos:

Please download these reference photos before class. We will be using them for both drawing exercises.

Gather Your Drawing Materials

One sheet of premium hot pressed (smooth) drawing paper
Scrap paper
Pencil Pastels (basic color palette)
Kneadable Eraser
Blending Sticks or Cotton Ball

Optional Materials:

Embossing Tool (toothpick works fine)
Sand paper or fine-toothed file (shaping pencil tips)

Be On Time:

I will be the only instructor available for this workshop, so it will be very important that you are on time. The reason being – I will not be able to monitor the digital waiting room while I am teaching.

As a courtesy, I will provide a 5 minute grace period (07:05 PM Eastern Time) for anyone who is running behind. After 07:05 PM Eastern Time, I will unfortunately not be able to allow anyone else into the workshop. Please, please, please be on time.

Workshop Recording & Lesson Packet:

I will be recording this workshop so you can re-watch it for future reference. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may switch off your camera at the start of class and still be able to participate. The recording of the live workshop and lesson packet will be uploaded to the Hike And Draw website 24 hours AFTER the live workshop ends. You will receive an invitation to create a free account on the website where you can access the lesson recording.
