This UNESCO International Arts Education Week, arts educators across the world are being asked to explore the notion of ‘draw a line’, ‘play a line’ and ‘make a line’ among other playful imaginings with line.

Come and join a professional learning and networking opportunity at the University of Tasmania’s School of Creative Arts Hunter Street campus. With a focus on landscape and line, the event offers:

A curatorial lineA look into the 2024 Hadley’s Art Prize finalists

Student lines: An overview of the Hadley’s Student Prize presented by the University of Tasmania

Play a line: Introduction to the Past the Shallows play at the Theatre Royal with director Ben Winspear

Draw a line: A hands-on art activity exploring possibilities of line and landscape with Dr Jan Hogan

Make, cross and connect lines: Conclude with a networking opportunity over drinks and nibbles
