Event description

The Rocks Laneway Cinema
Amongst golden sandstone buildings and cobbled lanes on Playfair Street, you’ll find a giant screen surrounded by cosy bean bags and comfy deck chairs where you can watch your favourite movie under the stars each Wednesday night. Gates open at 5:30PM and the film commences at 7:00PM.

Entry to The Rocks Laneway Cinema is free.

If the screening is sold out online there are tickets also available on the gate for walk-ups.

In March, we’re reliving all of the timeless classics and we will be proudly supporting the RSPCA.

All month we will screen your favourite classic films and profit from each $2 bag of popcorn sold will go to the RSPCA, to keep them on the road and equipped to rescue animals.
