Please note Heritage Precinct tours will be held while the interior of the Homestead is temporarily closed due to conservation works.

Step into the stories at Lanyon Homestead and experience the landscape and history of Canberra before it became the nation’s capital. Get a fascinating insight into the lives of the people who lived and worked here in this tour of the outbuildings that make up the Lanyon Homestead Heritage Precinct.
