Larry Campbell & Teresa Williams have been making music together—and building a life together—since 1986. Campbell, a New York City native known for his virtuosity on nearly any stringed instrument, first met Williams, a vocalist and actress from Peckerwood Point, Tennessee, in a Manhattan rehearsal studio. Their connection was immediate. What began as a shared musical sensibility quickly deepened into a creative partnership that has carried them through decades of performing together, from family gatherings and bus rides on the road with Bob Dylan’s band to years spent playing with Levon Helm at the legendary Midnight Rambles in Woodstock.

After years of collaborating with some of roots music’s most respected artists, the couple eventually stepped forward as a duo, releasing their self-titled debut in 2015. Their fourth album together, All This Time, follows Contraband Love (2017) and Live at Levon’s (2023) and reflects the deep musical and personal bond they’ve cultivated over nearly four decades. The record captures a partnership grounded in enduring love—songs that celebrate devotion, resilience, and the life they’ve built together through music.

It’s a cherished space where artists and audiences can come together to celebrate live, diverse music in a truly immersive and unforgettable setting that embodies the essence of music appreciation.

SO, WHAT IS A ‘MUSIC LISTENING ROOM’?

A music listening room is a dedicated space or venue designed to create an intimate and focused atmosphere for live music performances. It provides a setting where the primary focus is on the music and the experience of actively listening to it. Unlike traditional concert venues or bars, music listening rooms prioritize respectful attention from the audience, creating an environment where the music takes center stage and performers can connect with their listeners on a deeper level. The seating arrangement, acoustics, and overall ambiance of a music-listening room are carefully designed to enhance the listening experience, allowing for a more intimate and immersive encounter between the audience and the artists.
