Glebe Town Hall is closed for renovations this week, so we are moving to the beautiful Sydney Park Pavilion for just one week.

Dancing Freedom with Caitlin is both a lightly guided moving meditation following a wave of music through the elements, and an invitation to come together to move through these times with awareness and compassion.

Dance is a food that our bodies and souls need - as nourishment, as a delicious elixir of connection, as a soothing balm for a busy mind, an energising tonic for the spirit, a healing salve for the wounded heart - dance is medicine.

As life continues to shift and change, how can we lean into the medicine of dance to support health & wellbeing on both an individual & collective level?

As an embodied leader of creative freedom - an artist, creative therapist and conscious movement teacher - I love to guide people into a more loving relationship with their body, to inspire gratitude & wonder for all the many expressions of life, and to assist people and communities in developing strong foundations of connectedness, kindness and integrity.

Caitlin is a fully qualified & well experienced Dancing Freedom facilitator and Open Floor teacher. She has been sharing Dancing Freedom for 11 years & Open Floor for 4 years. She offers classes, workshops & events in Sydney and around the world.
