The Late Career Coaching Program from Think Human's Life Navigation Lab is a group coaching model to support people in the later stages of their working life. The program will support participants to map their career & life path forward in ways that are individually meaningful and professionally rewarding. Three guided sessions (sharing frameworks and tools) & three group coaching sessions (reflective inquiry conversations) to explore your personal work and life narrative, your mindset and wellbeing and your work and life habits and behaviours, and how these support a sense of long-term purpose and fulfilment - in work and beyond!

This 6-session program draws on a decade of experience supporting people to navigate transitions out of work and into meaningful expressions of 'life after work' through our Mindset for Life program. The Late Career Coaching Program is designed for people who are still working and provides a more tailored and personalised experience for participants in a small peer group setting.

Each session will run for approximately one hour, 4-5pm (ACST) from 21st October - 25th November 2024.

At the end of the program participants will have a personalised roadmap for the remaining years of their working life and beyond, and will feel more intentional in how they approach both work and life. They will have a toolkit of transition resources to help them plan the steps ahead, will have a network of peers navigating similar transitions and will have received personalised coaching to support their own decision-making.

Sessions are facilitated by Mel Lambert, an accredited IECL coach and Tiny Habits® coach with over 20 years experience in designing personal and professional group programs.
