This session begins a little later than usual, from 7:30 to 8:30 AM, offering you the chance to ease into your day. For those who cherish a sleep-in or slow start, it's your invitation to gently rise and still enjoy this beautiful experience.

Step away from life’s busyness and into a healing space of sound, frequency, and nature. These sessions offer time to release tension, find balance, and support your emotional well-being and personal growth.

Though we begin after sunrise, the healing atmosphere remains just as potent. You’ll be guided by calming rhythms, soothing frequencies, and beautiful sounds that help set the tone for a grounded, positive week ahead.

Wireless headsets create a personal sound cocoon, allowing carefully curated music to uplift and soothe you. These will be provided.

We do start right on time, so be sure to come at least 5 minutes early so you don't miss out!

What to Bring:
Blankets and pillows (a pillow or bolster under your knees helps with lower back pain). A light mat will be provided.

Why Frequency?
Everything vibrates, including you. When stress or trauma disrupts your natural frequency, it can impact your health. These sessions use sound vibrations to restore balance, support energy flow, and invite deep healing for mind, body, and spirit.

Rain or Shine:
Mother Nature knows best, we cannot control her but we can adapt! Light rain adds a cleansing touch to the morning and should we experience some, you will be guided on how to embrace it, We have large Umbrella's, a creative mind so will embrace change and make it work . However in the event of rough weather, I will cancel and refund your ticket.

I am voluntarily choosing to engage in these practices.

Nature of Healing Session:
I understand healing sessions may involve non-traditional or complementary methods, including hands-on healing, and the effectiveness of such methods may vary from person to person. Loretta at Me Mystique & I make no guarantees or promises regarding the outcome of the sessions.

Hands-On Healing:
I acknowledge hands-on healing may involve gentle physical contact, and I am comfortable with and consent to such touch during the session. I understand the intention of hands-on healing is to facilitate the flow of energy and promote well-being.

Acknowledgment of Risks:
I acknowledge there may be risks associated with participating in hands-on healing, as well as breathwork, frequency healing, sound healing, and meditation, including but not limited to physical or emotional discomfort. I agree to communicate openly with Loretta at Me Mystique & I about any concerns or experiences during the session.

Personal Responsibility:
I understand that I am responsible for my own well-being during and after sessions. I agree to inform Loretta at Me Mystique & I of any pre-existing medical conditions, medications, or concerns that may affect my ability to participate in the healing session.

Confidentiality:
I understand that the information shared during the session will be kept confidential unless required by law. Loretta at Me Mystique & I will not disclose personal information without my explicit consent.

Emergency Procedures:
In the event of an emergency during the session, Loretta at Me Mystique & I is authorised to take necessary action, including seeking medical assistance, and I agree to cover any associated costs.

Wireless Headsets:
I acknowledge the use of wireless headsets during sessions may involve certain known and unknown risks. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform Loretta at Me Mystique & I of any pre-existing medical conditions, including hearing impairments, mental health conditions or implanted medical devices, prior to participating. I agree to communicate openly any concerns or adverse reactions experienced during the session and to discontinue use immediately if necessary. I further acknowledge despite reasonable precautions, unforeseen risks may arise, and I accept full responsibility for my participation.
