You’re invited to Latihan Austin SOUTH at Casa Mimosa in South Austin…

Latihan is a blindfolded movement practice in which you are invited to:

✨ Embrace the mystery that is life

✨ Release attachment, aversion, + agenda

✨ Let go of DOING in exchange for BEING

✨ S l o w d o w n + practice presence

✨ Explore touch + learn to attune to others without the use of sight

✨ Find, recognize + communicate your boundaries

✨ Express your emotions

✨ Feel playful, sensual, embodied + free

✨ Use ALL experiences (including triggers + uncomfortable moments) as material for expansion + self empowerment

While contact is not the point of Latihan, this experience can and does involve touch while blindfolded. Part of the exploration of Latihan is finding your YES and your NO, and taking full responsibility for communicating your boundaries at all times. Please know that this is an advanced level practice.

If you have deep seated traumas, difficulty expressing boundaries, a tendency towards a freeze response, or an inability to down-regulate yourself please reach out to Julia at julia@exquisiteintimacy.com to discuss the details of the practice and if this is the right fit for you.
