What is Bachata?
Bachata is a popular partner dance that originated in the Dominican Republic. Known for its easy-to-follow steps and smooth rhythm, it's a fun and social dance style that anyone can learn — even if you've never danced before!

Danced to vibrant and melodic music, Bachata focuses on connection, timing, and enjoying the moment with your partner. With its 4-beat rhythm and relaxed movements, it's a welcoming dance for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Open to people who live, work or study in Bruce or Belconnen who are aged 18-30.

Please note your photo may be used for social media and promotional materials if you participate. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know.
