5-course Gourmet Vegan Meal Catered by Lady and the Shallot

Join NJveg and Vegan in NJ for a catered, gourmet 5-course vegan meal!  Lady and the Shallot is a completely vegan, gluten free, and nut free restaurant located inside the Trenton Farmers Market.  Our prior meals here were amazing, among the highlights of the year, and drew raves – including from one NJveg member, “The best meal I’ve ever had!”

This will be a seated, 5-course dinner.  The menu by owners Francesca Avitto and Kate Wnek:

• ONE:  Frijoles Negros | Leek | Terhune Farmhouse White | Chili Crisp | Zhoug
• TWO:  Charred Jalapeno and Lime Hummus | Citrus Oil | Local Produce and Toasted Pita
• THREE:  Red Quinoa | Arugula | Papaya | Picked Shallot | Turmeric Vinaigrette
• PALATE CLEANSER:  Fruit Sorbet
• FOUR:  Miso Glazed Eggplant | Edamame Puree | Pineapple Chutney | Local Micro-greens
• FIVE:  In-House Mango Bar | Sweet Matcha Mousse | Micro Flower

$5 from each ticket purchased will be donated to vegan non-profit micro-sanctuary The Troll House Sanctuary.  This event sells out (we've had to turn people away), so buy your tickets soon!  Tickets must be purchased here, and will NOT be sold at the door.
